New Years Resolutions – Weight Loss and Quit Smoking With Hypnosis

Hypnosis will help you keep your new years resolutions this year. The use of hypnotism as a viable therapeutic method is becoming more accepted today than ever before. It’s is a natural state of concentration that allows you to quickly control habits and change behaviors. This allows you to use the natural power of your subconscious mind to make lasting positive changes in your life.

Weight loss is always one of the top new year resolutions. One of the keys to losing weight is changing your relationship with food. For many of us this relationship has been programmed into our subconscious mind from childhood. You may have been told as a child to eat everything on your plate, or seen a parent use food to cope with an emotion. Diets tend to be a temporary solution, and most of the time you gain the weight back once you get off the diet.

Hypnosis bypasses the critical area of you conscious mind with positive suggestions allowing you to reprogram your subconscious mind by replacing your old programming with new positive and healthy programming that aligns your mind and body to work together to naturally achieve and maintain lasting change.

Another popular new years resolution is quitting smoking. According to the CDC, an estimated, 20.8% of all adults (45.3 million people) smoke cigarettes in the United States. In 2004, Lung Cancer was responsible for more deaths than prostate, breast and colon cancer combined. Over 80% of those deaths are related to smoking cigarettes.

Hypnosis is the vehicle to the subconscious mind. In most cases stopping smoking can be accomplished in just one hypnotherapy session. All that is required is a strong desire to quit.
