Janette Lanchester had exhausted just about every method of quitting smoking including NRT, Zyban, Champix (twice), hypnosis (several times) and failed. Janette was emotionally disturbed when she took Champix but could not quit; she then asked her doctor for a second helping and again felt terrible but could not stop smoking (strange how we do daft things just because they are free). She quit smoking with us in one session. The interview was taken after three months and then after 12 months.
No, we will not be writing to her ignorant doctor on the success of our programme because he/she will report Janette having quit smoking with the governments stop smoking programme (and get paid £45) further undermining alternative health clinics like ours. Sometimes you wonder if the Government and the NHS are living in the real world; there has to some control over their immoral and corrupt practices dont you think?
