stop smoking thru hypnosis?

has anyone tried it? did you find it was successful for you?
i know 3 people who have quit via hypnosis.
my uncle used to go through two 50grams of baccy a week and he hasn’t touched one since. still smokes a sh*tload of dope though…

I know people who have successfully quit smoking through hypnosis. For it to work you really want to quit and have your mind totally into wanting to quit.

I used hypnosis to help me stay organized and efficient. It helped a little bit.
