How to Lose Weight Painlessly With Hypnosis

Theme and variations. Losing weight has maybe the most popular and well marketed solutions ever advertised. That is because losing weight loss is hard. But is most of the problem really only avoiding the things necessary to shedding pounds? We know that lifestyle change – exercise and diet – is needed to get healthy and look and feel better. That’s usually where the best of intentions fail. Self discipline is lacking.

Legions of personal trainers, food plans delivered to your door, pills, and crazy expensive exercise equipment all have become cogs in the weight loss industry.

I’ll bet you are confused. I know I am. There is just too much conflicting information. We have all been bombarded with news reports and books recommending that you give up fat and protein and then tell you to eat more of it. The vegetarians all say that giving up all meat will be the shining path to pure health. Then there is blood sugar. You get fat from lots of carbs. It seems to change all the time

No one disagrees that exercise is utterly crucial to weight loss and the consequent benefits of energy and a happier life. We are just wired that way. But why is it so hard to find the time? Well, exercise takes discipline. (As does effective time management).

Let’s have a look at hypnosis and see how it can help in weight loss.

There are few better ways to teach people how to focus and better discipline their behavior than hypnosis. It is perfect for helping people prioritize there wants and needs.

But please remove those silly preconceptions about hypnosis. You don’t start clucking like a chicken unless you want to. You retain control of your behavior and, in fact, after in a deeply relaxed state you are more likely to internalize the suggestions that will give you more self discipline. This, in turn, can transfer to the very specific things you need to do to lose weight – change your diet and exercise more. When that is reinforced by seeing and feeling the positive changes you move forward. Simple as that.

So the payoff for hypnosis is self-discipline, lifestyle change (including diet and exercise) and a new energetic sexy you.

Changing you behavior and losing weight does not include hypnotic magic. It is simply focusing, relaxing, and responding to suggestions that are in your own interests – getting healthy and staying sveldt and sexy.
