Hypnosis has not worked once in all of human history. When people quit smoking it’s because they made the decision to quit. When people run around like a chicken or bark like a dog, it wasn’t hypnosis. The actual power of suggestion has a far greater influence on the human psyche than any pseudo-scientific ritual ever performed.

I've heard a number of people praise hypnosis for giving up smoking, weight loss, improving eating habits, and many other things. Hypnosis is a wonderful tool.

Yes. I smoked a pack a day for almost 20 years. I had one 2 hour session (not all of it was "trance") and walked out a non-smoker. Almost 2 and a half years tobacco free.

I am at a loss as to why you would ask this question here. I have helped well over 300 people to stop smoking with hypnosis. With a good therapist it is painless and no withdrawal.

No, but i heard someone tried this. was a waste of money. you should ask if anyone has ever been hypnotized first

painlessly.. lol. just get someone to rough you up when you smoke and you wont want to anymore!
