   The two people i know who did this didn't quit, will power is the only way, that's the way i did it!

   My dad is a hypnotherapist and has helped many people quit smoking. He has something in the region of 150 thank you cards from people that he has helped quit.

   Not personally coz i dont but my gran did and she hasnt touched a cig. for 10 yrs

   I had a co-worker who quit for a long time after going the hypnosis route. She should have gone back for a booster.

   It didn't work for me (well it did for a few weeks, then I failed…) – I ended up doing it on my own a year or two later with the help of nicotine gum. It might work for you but you will still need willpower.

   Hav'nt tried these but–Why should you quit if it's your own life that's on the line???
   since you are SOO concerned then JUST QUIT!!
