Stop smoking by hypnotherapy, what can you tell me?
Hi, I want to stop smoking but I am having some problems. I have tried patches and gum and they have help me cut down but I can not stop, I have also done cold turkey but that was sooo bad. I thought I could try a hypnotist but I not sure about losing control for a while. I you have tried a hypnotist can you tell me what it is like please? If you did it to stop smoking did it work for you.

Quit Smoking Today by Paul McKenna
the book comes with a self hypnosis CD
the techniques in the book plus listening to the CD should make it alot easier to quit.
i don’t smoke but i’ve used Paul McKennas books and CD to stop and change other things in my life.
i used his I Can Make You Thin book/CD to help me mentally so i could stay on a diet for 5 months and lose over 30lbs. so i am a true believer in what he teaches.
