There is an out of control problem with obesity in the U.S.. The combination of overeating nutritionally deficient foods combined with a lack of exercise has caused this problem. Weight loss with hypnosis is a great tool for solving the problem.

Myth 2 – Some people just don’t believe in hypnosis and/or don’t think they could be hypnotized. Not true. Hypnosis is simply put – subconscious programming or subconscious learning. Every behavior you do now unconsciously is a result of repetitive programming. Take tying shoelaces for example. When we first “learn” to tie shoelaces it is difficult – however through repetitive practice, subconscious learning eventually takes over, and one “learns” how to tie laces correctly. This is just like eating and exercise. The problem is that most people are “learning” or being programmed to eat poorly and not exercise regularly.
The only truly effective way to combat negative subconscious programming is with positive subconscious programming – otherwise known as hypnosis.
