How Do I Hypnotise Someone – Some Easy Tips To Use At Home

June 3rd, 2011 by Paul Robertson

There are a lot of individuals who have questioned ‘ how do I hypnotise someone ‘ and are very interested in trying out a few approaches. It may seem surprising, but learning how to hypnotise someone is actually not all that complex. There are a lot of different approaches you can use, but some are a fair bit easier than others.

Hypnotism is undoubtedly not an exact science but you can get great results if you practise and are patient. There are not many people around who genuinely understand exactly how hypnosis works, and there will be a few people who are not readily hypnotized. If hypnotising somebody seems complicated when you first give it a trial, don’t give up, just keep practising with your friends and household.

After determining a keen participant to help you in your quest to answer ‘ how do I hypnotise someone ‘, have them sit down on a chair or a lounge. To help them to get relaxed, ask them to take five slow breaths, counting to five breathing in and counting to five breathing out. Working with a tense person will make it problematic if not impossible to do hypnosis, so don’t miss out this step. Many discover that it helps to dim the lights in the room, which can help a person to relax more rapidly.

Get rid of objects or noises that could possibly interfere with the hypnosis session. In particular, make sure you won’t be interrupted by phones or folks entering the room. The main point is, take all steps you can think of to make and preserve your place of relaxation.

Next, ask the individual to shut their eyes and start breathing deeply. Once they have established a regular breathing pattern, ask them to envisage a place of peace and quiet, such as a garden or woodland setting. Suggest that they picture themselves in some kind of “cheerful place”, such as a beautiful green field or beside a bubbling stream or brook.

Gradually encourage them to feel more and more relaxed and part of their imagined scene. Keep reminding your subject to breath steadily, remain calm and feel more relaxed. Repeat the instructions multiple times until the person is approaching the desired state. Finalize the induction with a kind word that assures the individual that they are safe, and that the procedure is working as intended.

It is at this point in the session that the intended purpose of the hypnotism can be introduced, whatever that may be. Many have utilized these techniques for a wide variety of reasons, such as ending a smoking habit or learning to control hunger cravings while trying to lose weight. After exploring the topic, slowly reverse the process and take the individual out of the hypnotic state gently and gradually.

Experience has shown that many individuals will easier to hypnotise with practice, so a number of repeat sessions can be useful. Trying to understand ‘how do I hypnotise someone’ will take a bit of time to get right, as with many worthwhile things in life. Most will find the experience to be fun and peaceful, and very few have reported any adverse effects. Nonetheless, if you are interested in further investigation of the question ‘how do I hypnotise someone’, it is important to remember that hypnosis is a genuine practice and you should always handle your subjects with respect.

If you are looking for answers to ‘ how do I hypnotise someone ‘, be sure to read Paul Robertson’s personal story of how he discovered a highly practical technique for hypnotising other people.

February 13th, 2011 by Jessica Page

If you were to hire a hypnotist to teach you self hypnosis techniques for relaxation, you would likely be looking at a hefty bill. Hypnotists don’t come cheap. Also, there’s no guarantee that you’ll come away with the meeting with anything more than a fuzzy memory of the entire encounter. However, here you will find free hypnosis relaxation tips that you can use anytime, anywhere. Use these free hypnosis relaxation tips whenever you feel stressed or anytime you feel overwhelmed. Are you working on a deadline? About to go into a stressful job interview? Meeting a blind date for the first time? Use these free hypnosis relaxation techniques and you’ll feel that stress melt away so that you can tackle any obstacle put before you.

Look for a Quiet Area

When you get good at these free hypnosis relaxation tips you’ll be able to do them anywhere, anytime. Right now, though, you’ll want to find a quiet place where you can concentrate. A corner of your bedroom should suffice. Unplug the phone and the television and make sure there are no distractions of any kind. You may need to get some noise reduction headphones or you may even play soothing music to drown out the noisiness of the world. Once you’ve found your quiet place, close your eyes and begin to breathe slowly and deeply. Clear your mind of all thoughts. Just focus on your breathing and nothing else. This is the first free hypnosis relaxation tip and it’s the most important one. Your mind must be clear and you must breathe deeply for any of this to take effect.

The second free tip on hypnosis relaxation involves having your body to relax. After you’ve mastered the first technique of mind relaxing then having the body to relax should be next. The trick is to talk to your individual parts to try to relax. For example if you want your feet to relax try to talk to it and eventually it will respond by relaxing the muscles. This may sound silly but by practicing, you’ll find it very easy thing to do. You should practice one part of your body at a time. Soon, when you’ve good at it you’ll have your body always relaxed when you need it. When relaxing your body the muscles usually loose up, and then you’ll know you’re like being under hypnosis.

Self Hypnosis

The third tip for hypnosis relaxation is to be a positive thinker. When your body is in the relaxed state, a lot of things become clear and it’s open to suggestions. Questions such as: What’s your goal in life? Do want to have a job? Do you want to be on the top of your game? Do you want to switch careers? And so on. Repeat the positive goals you want in life and by having a positive reinforcement you’ll be having that confidence in no time.

Should You Join The Illuminati?

February 11th, 2011 by Barbara Finney

Rather than demonizing them, maybe you should consider joining the Illuminati . They might be good guys with an evil reputation. Not true bad guys.

What Is The Illuminati?

Whenever articles have been written about secret societies and conspiracies about world domination, the Illuminati name would surface and what would be written about them would imply they were the Evil Overlords. One began to get the feeling they were a secret “them,” or “they,” the true rulers of the world. They sound like pretty scary people right? Far less was known about them than the Order of the Freemasons who were thought to be a more public arm of the Illuminati. One always had mental visions of them in secret locations in hooded robes, chanting evil chants and maybe even having the occasional human sacrifice event, rather like the secret society version of a barbecue. The visions of what the Illuminati did in secret were limited only by the imagination. One definitely thought that surely all of them were rich and powerful, movers and shakers and power brokers in the world. Some probably are, but like Freemasons and other groups, the social standing of the members can vary widely. It is not always so that the rich ones pull the less rich ones up to higher levels. I am sure some networking goes on. It is human nature for those who know one another to give each other first crack at business deals, jobs investment opportunities and that sort of thing. However I doubt seriously that any group’s members all walk in lockstep regarding mutual goals. That goes against human nature. The idea there is some secret group organizing its members worldwide to move in concert to accomplish goals on some hidden timetable is a bit hard to swallow. I am not ruling it out, I am just saying I find it more improbable the older I get.

Adam Weishaupt and a German Freemason, Baron Adolph von Knigge, founded the Illuminati. This was officially the Bavarian Illuminati. Yes, among their plans was a desire to overthrow the Roman Catholic Church, defeat all governments and one-day rule the world. It sounds pretty evil. But it was a response to times where church domination was an evil in and of itself, and most governments were pretty oppressive. Adam Weishaupt deplored bigotry, and the backward beliefs of the clergy of his day. The 1770’s, May 1, 1776 to be exact was when he officially launched the Illuminati. The Illuminati hoped to create cells of enlightened and illuminated men who would spread themselves throughout the world seeking positions of power and try to help spread the ideas of the “enlightenment period.” Their intermingling with Freemasonry is what made the Catholic Church think of these secret societies as their number one enemies, and papist propaganda may have been a lot of the reason they got the evil reputation. They were demonized by the ruling elite of the time.

The Illuminati and The Freemason’s Today

The Freemasons today get the same sort of bad press all the time. Yet most Freemasons in most communities do all sorts of charitable things. A division of the Freemasons called the Shriners, have a large network of Children’s hospitals, and they charge nothing to treat the kids that come into their care. Sounds pretty evil to me. The founding of America was pretty much the result of the machinations of Freemasons and Illuminati. There are even some bizarre theories that George Washington and Adam Weishaupt were the same person. I will stay out of that debate for now. So basically the Illuminati is a secret brotherhood dedicated to spreading the ideas of enlightenment. The 1700’s in general are remembered as the “age of enlightenment.” Even so , new ideas were still very much suppressed by government and the church so much so that such Luminary figures as Sir Isaac Newton and Francis Bacon and others had to form what became known as the “invisible college.” Talking in those times of new ideas, new discoveries could sometimes get you arrested and even executed for sorcery or witchcraft or heresy. The churches loved to arrest and execute heretics. So there was always a reason for secrecy.

Today anyone can walk up to a Freemason Hall and ask for literture about the society and rules about joining. After going through the steps to become a member your are in. There are degrees up to 33rd degree in most groups. That means you have memorized a lot of stuff and gone through the appropriate ritual. They do this for a lot of reasons that have to do with personal development. Mostly it seems to be just men being …well…silly. Freemasons I have interviewed say that a lot of the reasons behind a lot of the rituals are not even remembered any longer.

Why Join the Illuminati?

Well if you are inclined to like to associate yourself with traditions, organizations with a long and colorful history, and want to do some good in the world, this could be for YOU! I do not know if the modern day Illuminati groups have similar ranking systems to the Freemasons or not but more than likely they do, I would be disappointed if they did not. I would like to revel in it all and wear a pyramid with an eye in the center on my head…just for the fun of it. I know that some people link the Illuminati to Satanic groups. I am not seeing that in my research. Satanic groups have an entirely different feel to them, and different goals. Not much altruism in these groups. The Illuminati like the Freemasons seem to be about altruism and enlightenment, pushing back repression and superstition wherever it still exists.

Risks

The main risk would be getting mixed up with dangerous people. You could also risk being ridiculed by family or friends, but then they need not know, that is part of the reason for secrecy in any endeavor. Finding a genuine Illuminati organization can be tricky. If they want money, especially a LOT of money to join I would write them off.

There are many Illuminati organization websites on the Net. Here is one that seems to be sincere.

You just have to let your gut be your guide. Do your own web searches for Illuminati branches. Read up on the claims for how evil they are, as some of them may be right. But also give the groups that sound sincere a fair shake. Remember why secret societies were born in secret, to be too open with new ideas could be a death sentence and even today, some ideas are best kept hidden until the average person can handle explosive information.

There is risk in everything and even a well-established fraternal organization can get branches that go off the ranch and get into activities that are really weird and dangerous. So always beware when joining ANY kind of group, even a church, as a lot of them have some major bad apples in their barrels. But, if you do your research, always keep your head on straight; know what your values are so you can’t be pulled into any cults unawares. Why not join the Illuminati or the Freemasons. It could be fun and you could do some good in the world. Don’t always believe what you hear. The Old Saying goes: “Believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see.” So do not believe every rumor you hear regarding secret societies and fraternities. Do not fall for anything that goes against who you are, but do not be deterred by rumors. Do your own research and check things out for yourself. Also as a final thought, many conspiracy buffs have so inflamed people against the Illuminati, that if such radical people thought you were an evil Illuminati, it could make you a target of senseless violence.

Yes. You CAN hurt people with mind control.

February 7th, 2011 by Dantalion Jones

Can you use hypnosis and NLP to hurt people?

The short answer is yes and most people studying NLP have probably heard of the nefarious “Dark Side” patterns that creates suicidal depression. But it seems really … REALLY … hard to find anyone who can do these patterns well enough to get noticeable results.

I was talking with Jeff Stephens (my co-trainer for the recent Mind Control Hypnosis Seminar) about people who use mind control to hurt people and he shared the same observation.

A good example was a man I met at a hypnosis training. He seemed quite sincere about learning these skills and outwardly said that he wanted to create a cult and eventually rule the world. The seminar revealed that he could barely follow the instructions to create hypnosis.

Yes, it is possible to use hypnosis, NLP and other persuasion techniques to hurt people so why are most of these people so bad at it?

If doing good things with Hypnosis and NLP is documented and relatively easy why is doing destructive things so hard?

Possibility #1
The first thing that comes to mind is one of transparency. If you want to hurt someone you have to be covert and devious to hide your intent, i.e., you have to lie. Most people are not very good at lying and the energy it takes to conceal ones intent while doing a dark side pattern often leaks out and is noticed by the potential victim. They may not know consciously what is going on but are reacting to subconscious cues that scream “Shields Up!”.

Possibility #2
I’ve also found that those who want to do ill to others often lack any real sense of power. They jump into learning these skills in hopes to gain more power (This describes *my* early life). As they learn these skills they incrementally gain more and more power and their taste for power become satisfied. As with many things we human beings want, once we have enough of something, in this case power, other things become more interesting and our attention drifts.

Possibility #3
I’ve noticed that some people want power simply because they are lacking in many areas of social and intellectual competence. These people see “power”, and the ability to do harm, as a solution other deficiencies. What they don’t realize is that their lack of social skills and “smarts” are a key factor in using any of these skills, therefore they are not even good at using them to help people.

Yes, there are people who have can use dark side patterns for ill and who use NLP and hypnosis to build cults but they tend to be sociopaths with no internal moral compass. They can also be people so impassioned by their own beliefs and agenda that they feel justified in using these skills. This passion allows them to act congruently. Both of these examples are thankfully rare.

In Conclusion, should you be worried about people using mind control to hurt you? Not as much as you might think but it’s always good to know how they are done just so that you can protect yourself.

Mind Control Methods… what is your?

February 6th, 2011 by Dantalion Jones

Of all the mind control methodologies how can you know when to use them? Some techniques will probably be impressive in some situations, but not others. So it’s absolutely vital that you get practice in as many situations as possible using these techniques. One of the first steps of each thoughts control attempt is always to create some type of mental confusion.

This doesn’t have to be a profound type of confusion, just a short moment of subtle confusion is sufficient. At this stage, the mind is very unstable and it is easy to move it into any kind of direction you want to move it into. And usually, the next step is to move them into the past, or what psychologists refer to: regression. We all have been kids once, and kids have a tendency to be more willing to follow suggestions than adults, at least generally speaking, except for when they practice resistance.

There are many strategies to trigger regressive psychological states, the most fundamental ones would be to begin to assume a parental role in the conversaion. That means being either bossy (fatherly) or nurturing (motherly). Basically, you use words and gestures to trigger them to subconsciously associate parental authority with your persona.

Remember that children always strive for their parents approval and will go to great lengths to gain that. The exact same is true for this scenario, even though you are not their actual mother or father, and they are not real kids – but you can use your approval as a form of emotional currency. The psych term for this is “transference”. You are able to use these thoughts control strategies in all kinds of situations, be it your private or professional life.

You are able to use these with lovers, sex partners, spouses, pals, coworkers, bosses, employees, clients and clients, or just random strangers. Whenever you would like individuals to wish to do something, to alter their behavior or thoughts, thoughts control can help you to achieve just that.

It is much more powerful than trying to talk people and reason with them to change, because with thoughts control, the impulse to behave, believe or feel differently comes out that belongs to them mind, rather than from another person – at least that is how they perceive it. They are not consciously aware that you secretly implanted the seed of that thought, feeling or action into their mind.

Your Brain and Fear

January 30th, 2011 by Dantalion Jones

There is a way to over come post traumatic stress but for now it means you have to suffer a unique form of brain damage. It appears that it’s because of damage to part of one womans brain could help scientists discover treatments for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Research published in Current Biology showed the woman felt no fear in a variety of scary situations.

These included exposure to snakes and spiders, horror films and a “haunted house”.

The woman feels other emotions but said as an adult, she had never felt afraid.

She is the first known case of someone who is unable to process fear.

Researchers at the University of Iowa said her inability to feel frightened was because she has damage to a structure in her brain called the amygdala.

The structure has long been associated with emotional learning – experiments in animals have shown that removing it makes them fearless.

However, it has never been observed in a human before. Tarantula risk

The woman experienced fear as a child and knows that some situations should be frightening.

As an adult she has been in various frightening situations, including being threatened with a knife and held at gunpoint.

These did not make her afraid.

Researchers at the University of Iowa, in Iowa City, observed and recorded the woman’s responses in situations that would make most people feel fear.

She watched a series of horror films, went to a reputedly haunted house and to an exotic pet store – where she handled dangerous snakes and asked to handle a tarantula.

She showed no fear in any of the situations and had to be prevented from touching the tarantula because of the high risk of being bitten.

When asked why she wanted to touch something that she knows is dangerous, she replied that she was overcome with curiosity.

Lead researcher Justin Feinstein said: “Because she is missing her amygdala, she is also missing the ability to detect and avoid danger in the world.

“It is quite remarkable that she is still alive.”

Adam Perkins, a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London who specialises in researching the causal basis of anxiety and fear looked at the research.

He said the study was interesting because it suggested the amygdala is the neural seat of fear – and specifically responsible for generating feelings of fear, rather than emotions in general.

The researchers hope that by studying the woman they can understand how the brain processes fear.

This could be useful in treating patients suffering from PTSD – such as soldiers who have been serving in conflict areas.

Mr Feinstein added: “Their lives are marred by fear and they are often-times unable to even leave their home due to the ever-present feeling of danger.”

By studying the woman, researchers hope to create treatments that selectively target the brain areas that can sometimes allow fear to take over.

Control the Mind with Hypnosis

January 29th, 2011 by Dantalion Jones

Understanding how to apply competent hypnosis doesn’t demand a academic degree in psychotherapy. It is a elementary understanding of manipulation and communication coupled with the expert ability to manipulate your surroundings.

Hypnosis not only influences people to do your summons, but convinces them that there’s no other choice.

It’s not just about positioning seeds of suggestion – it’s about guiding them direct your way through clever mind control tactics, covert hypnosis, and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Despite its clinical name, NLP is nothing more that the ability to control conversation – not dominate it, but control it. Most of us use some form of mind control or NLP daily.

There are times when it benefits us to manipulate thought patterns, especially if we require something and realise that we may not get it any other way. Marriages are a hotbed for NLP.

Why? Because wife and husband often have a deep cognition and disposition of each other, which means that they also have a clear grasp for their triggers.

Let us say a husband wants a fresh five-hundred dollar TV for the living room, but he knows his partner likely won’t go for it unless it’s a bargain. At the store, he leads her to the most costly models first – the ones that cost a thousand or two thousand.

After seeing the hefty price tag, the husband then takes her to the less-expensive sets, saying Look, these are much more affordable aren’t they… She believes they’re getting a bargain and they get out with the model he initially wanted.

The better half may not have been clucking like a chicken on a dramaturgy in front of thousands, but yet, she has been the unknowing dupe of hypnotic mind control.

The human mind doesn’t come with an operator’s handbook, which means it can be mapped into any path we see acceptable, assuming we know how to do it. The benefits of knowing hypnosis and the power of hypnotic suggestion are evident – it can help us get a salary increase at work, go out with a pretty woman, or bran-new television sets.

Used automobile salesmen use masked hypnosis every day. If you notice yourself with buyer’s remorse after unknowingly being pulled in by high-pressure sales tactics, you’ve probably fallen victim to a variety of NLP.

The groundwork for practicing mind control begins with learning what motivates and impassions individuals by commanding the art of observance and speech communication. Once you understand people’s subsequent motives, motivations, and hot-buttons, you can merge that info into your own variety of hypnosis.

You can make them feel relaxed and entranced by subtly alluding to things that you know they regard all-important – and erst they’re mellow, you can influence their perceptions of reality.

Opposite to popular thought, a person doesn’t have to be green or na?ve to be manipulated or hypnotized. Studies exhibit that most people are amenable to some sort of middle-of-the-road hypnosis, and about ten percent are hypnotizable to intense depths.

There is no information that definite traits or characteristics lend themselves to NLP. When you set down with someone, whether it’s your love interest, employer, or co-worker, you can presume that they are open to secret hypnosis.

Whether or not someone really believes they are open to hypnosis isn’t an issue when you’re working with people who don’t realize they’re being hypnotized.

Hypnosis is simply a state of heightened awareness, which subjects the human brain unrestricted to the noesis of suggestion. It doesn’t mean you have to get people to cluck like chickens or pass out under your alternate.

While that works for comedy hypnotists and hypnotherapists, it doesn’t do much for the casual person. What does? The power to get others on our orientation.

Remember: We hypnotize and are hypnotized each day. We seek ways to get others on our wavelength.

Knowing how to influence your surroundings begins with the understanding that human beings don’t genuinely know their actuality. Truth is only perception.

Being able to determine that perception is one of the many advantages of hypnosis.
