Conversational Hypnosis–Why It Differs From Covert Persuasion

The food may supply a feeling of emotional security, consolation, and from time to time even self love.

So when you compel yourself through sheer willpower to go on a diet, you are withholding all those secondary benefits that your subconscious thinks it can only through consuming. Only through retraining your subconscious can you stand a chance of enduring, lasting weight loss. And the good news is that it is much easier than you think.

The subconscious is that influential part of you that controls all your emotions, your craves, the beating of your heart and the inhalation of your lungs. You will need to satisfy it that you in fact do want to slim down. The only way to do that is to do some self meditation, or some self hypnosis.

The first thing you’ll need to do is develop an ideal announcement of your model body weight. A constructive announcement that is in the present tense. A positive statement in the present tense that is crammed with optimistic emotions. For example:

I enjoy and am glad about my body that effortlessly fits into a size 34 slacks, and is hardly ever hungry. I enjoy and am grateful for healthful fresh food that supports my weight and lifestyle. I am completely happy with my existence and am grateful for all aspects of it. My heart, lungs and organs are all vigorous and functioning well.

Take the time to inscribe something that sounds reasonable, and makes sense to you. When you say it, get into a calm position, either laying down or in a good easy chair. Take a few rich breaths, and count yourself down from ten to one. With each number take a big bottomless breath, and on the gasp, say silently to yourself, “I am…” and then on the exhale say, “relaxed.”

Throughout each breath, picture in your mind the numbers ten through one. Once you get down to one, silently mention off a few body parts, like this: My arms are tranquil. My shoulders are tranquil, my chest is tranquil, etc., until you get down to your feet.

This whole process shouldn’t take more than five minutes. One you are adequately relaxed, softly and gradually speak the announcement you’ve prepared ten or fifteen times. Take your time. Say it like you actually mean it. Even if you are a thousand pounds overweight, verbalize in the present tense as if you already are at your idyllic weight, and sincerely feel the gratitude. The more gratefulness and appreciation you can muster, the quicker this will work.

Obviously, it takes a while to burn off body fat, but if you keep up this uncomplicated process every day, you should start noticing some automatic changes in your eating habits. You should start losing weight without ever needing to rely on strength of will or diet pills or anything like that.

When you unite the fundamentals of a correctly worded announcement, deep relaxation (or self hypnosis), enough emotion, and regular repetition, your weight loss will be inevitable.

There’s a lot that goes on in your mind when you consider doing anything like that, most of which goes on well underneath conscious awareness. Your mind is a great, intelligent organ that is unbelievably quick when it comes to sniffing out danger. One thing that has kept people surviving on this earth is that our brains often over approximate the hazard we may come across when we think about performing something new.

This is about what happens in your brain when you consider walking over and introducing yourself to a cluster of interesting people. First your brain scans your recollection of all the times you’ve met somebody new, or articulated yourself to a stranger in some way. Then it calculates the risk involved, and then it figures out the possible benefit. Then it comes back with a “sensation” that lets you know whether or not it’s safe.

They were just recollections that we made up on the fly because we thought we knew what was going on.

The good news is, there’s a trick around this. Using some simple self hypnosis and some well made statements, you can readily train your brain to feel completely self-assured in any social situation. Here’s how.

Initially, come up with your announcement, or affirmation. Make sure it is stated in constructive terms, and in the present tense. Also make sure it is filled with appreciation and emotions. That is key. Without constructive emotions, your statements or affirmations will fall flat, and won’t do much. Anything like this is fine:

I take pleasure in speaking with people, and I am thankful for my ability to walk up and happily and self-assuredly start a conversation with anybody. I am a confident, friendly person, and I really enjoy talking with new people. I have always been self-confident and sociable. I enjoy all my experiences with talking to new people.

Write it so it makes sense to you, and describes how you’d truly like to be.

When you make this declaration, be sure to be in a tranquil, lethargic state of mind. This is the best time to retrain your subconscious. Sit back in a comfortable chair, and count down from ten to one. Breath deeply for each breath, and say, “I am…” on the inhale, and “relaxed,” on the exhale. You’ll discover that every time you do this it gets easier and more fun.

An additional amazing time to do this is just as you are falling asleep, and just as you wake up. It can help out to keep a tiny card next to your bed so to remind you to think of it first thing in the morning. Saying it both before sleep and upon awakening has a commanding transformative effect.

As soon as you are in that tranquil, sleepy state, begin your declaration. Say it strongly, and with as much emotion as you can generate. Feelings of gratitude will help this come about much quicker.

If you repeat this on a daily basis, you’ll be the life of the party in no time.

Speedily And Effortlessly Perfect Your Golf Game With Subconscious Mind Power

Golf can be a great sport. There isn’t much better than hitting a towering drive off the tee that lands just on the fringe of the green on par four. Then an easy chip and put for a birdie. The problem is that between those perfect holes, you’ve got to suffer a few (or a couple dozen for some of us) not so great holes. What can you do?

The secret to golf, as is the secret to any other activity, is imagination and visualization. Ask any expert, and they’ll tell you that a huge part of their accomplishment is solid, dependable, visualization. When you imagine something, you are giving direct instructions to your subconscious mind on how you want to function.

Think about a golf swing, a tee shot if you will. Do you think specially about what angle you are opening the club face, or how far back to go on the back swing? Do you know exactly what angle with which the club face strikes the ball? Probably not.

If you are akin to most individuals, you have a vague idea of what course you’d like the ball to go in. Then you swing away, and hope for the best. Unfortunately, this hardly ever works with any amount of reliability. Now and then you get fortunate, and hit one straight down the heart, other times you don’t even bother looking for your ball.

So how do you tap into your influential subconscious mind to develop your game? Simple. Combine some powerful statements, with some tough visualizations, and repeat them in a calm, almost sleepy state.

For example, if you’d like an improved tee-shot, you may say something like this:

I always drive my ball right down the heart of the fairway. Hitting straight shots from the tee is normal for me. My acquaintances are jealous of my steady tee shot.

As you are saying this, visualize your ball going straight down the heart of the fairway. Picture hearing your friends talking about what a great shot it is. Imagine how you feel when you hit such a wonderful shot.

The best time to say this to yourself, and utilize your visualization is to get in a calm, almost asleep state. Sit in a cozy chair, take a few deep breaths and seal your eyes. Picture seeing the numbers starting with ten, and going down to one. When you get to one, take a number of deep breaths, and merely say “relax” to yourself softly.

Then begin to unhurriedly and silently repeat your announcement to yourself, while seeing the ball go right down the center.

If you do this two or three times a day for a week or two, you will perceive some dramatic improvements in your tee shot. After you’ve got that part of your game down, you can work on your fairway shots, you short game, your putting, and every other feature of the game.

Clearly and obviously apply your mind-boggling subconscious mind power and drastically increase your paranormal psychic abilities.
